Does NCORE offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs)?

Yes. You will earn 3 CEUs for attending NCORE 2024 from the University of Oklahoma Outreach. If you attend a Pre-Conference Institute, you will earn one additional CEU. A link to download your CEU certificate(s) will be emailed to you after NCORE. Please allow one month post-conference for these to be made available.

Will the CEUs be accepted by my particular discipline or association (social work, psychology, etc.)?

Counselors: during registration, you may opt in to receive CEUs from the National Board for Certified Counselors.

Southwest Center for Human Relations Studies has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7489. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Southwest Center for Human Relations Studies is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

The CEUs are otherwise not pre-approved with any particular discipline. We suggest recipients submit their CEU certificate along with a description of the sessions to their professional organization(s) to ask if the content meets their requirements. It will be the discretion of the professional organization(s) whether they choose to accept as credit.

Are there fees associated with receiving CEUs?

No. NCORE does not charge registrants for CEUs.

What happens with feedback provided to the NCORE Team?

The NCORE team gratefully receives and processes conference evaluation data, comments, and other forms of feedback. In response, we have made some adjustments in an effort to improve attendee experience where we can. A letter was emailed to the NCORE community following NCORE 2023. Thank you!
