The National Conference on Race and Ethnicity in American Higher Education is coordinated by the Southwest Center for Human Relations Studies at the University of Oklahoma. As a non-profit, educational event, NCORE is open to all individuals; no membership is required. The conference is financed by registration fees and sponsorships.

Group Discount Registration Information
Ten or more non-students from the same institution can apply to form a group. If approved by NCORE, the group will earn 10% off current, non-student registration rates. There are not discounts of the student rate, even if there are ten or more students from one institution coming to NCORE. Per our registration policies (see below) registration rates will not be adjusted to the group rate.
Cancellation, Refund, and Substitution Policies
- All cancellation / refund requests made by May 1st, 2020, will be made less a $100.00 service and processing fee. Notification can only be made through email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All cancellation / refund requests after May 1st, 2020, will receive a refund of the amount paid less a $250.00 service and processing fee. Notification can only be made through email to email@example.com.
- Refunds will not be made because of weather conditions or travel situations in either your home or conference host city.
- Registration may be transferred to a substitute delegate (with no additional charge).
- Registration may not be transferred to a future NCORE.
- No refund amount will be granted for no-shows.
- In the unlikely event the conference is cancelled, NCORE will refund 100% of the registration fees paid.
- No rate adjustments or refunds will be made to change an individual registration rate to a group discount rate.

During registration, you may select PAY NOW (with a credit card) or PAY LATER (to be invoiced). If you select PAY LATER, do not log back into the registration system to pay; this is not possible and can create a duplicate registration. Call our Registration Coordinator at (405) 325-6808 to pay by credit card over the phone. NOTE: if you choose to register in-person rather than in advance, you will not receive a totebag or printed Program Guide. Plan on accessing the digital Guidebook app for the schedule. If totebags and guides are available Friday, May 29, you may pick one up then.
