June 3-5, 2022, marks the return of My People's Market, where you can connect with more than 140 BIPOC entrepreneurs, makers, artists, culinary wizards, and more each day. Experience the sounds of local Portland artists and performers curated by YGB Portland. NCORE attendees can show their badges to receive a gift.

The Vanport Mosaic, a memory-activism platform, will host its 7th Festival May 20-June 7, 2022, in the Portland community. The Vanport amplifies, honors, presents, and preserves the silenced histories in order to understand our present, and create a future where we all belong.
Portland's award-winning mass transit system is one of the most extensive and advanced in the U.S. The transit system includes buses, streetcars, historic trollies, and the MAX, an urban light rail line. Take a ride and watch the world slide by while exploring all Portland has to offer!
Portland was built with walking in mind. The short blocks, combined with public art, colorful murals, fountains, bridges, and parks offer opportunities for leisure and contemplation for the casual stroller. Walking tours of the downtown area focusing on the best of the city's art, architecture, urban parks, and fountains are available. Along the way, shops offer unique, handmade creations - tax free!
Nightlife in Portland is excellent. Performing arts in the area offer ballet, Shakespeare, Broadway musicals, the internationally-known Oregon Symphony, modern dance, and much more.
