NCORE FAQs

NCORE 2022 will be held in person May 31-June 4, 2022, at the Oregon Convention Center (OCC). Answers to frequently asked questions are below; NCORE will continue to add more, so please check back!

What is a Pre-Conference Institute? 

Pre-Conference Institutes are an optional day of NCORE content; these in-depth sessions provide attendees with formidable takeaways in information and skill development. Should you choose to attend this day, an additional fee will apply. When the sessions are announced, you can select and register for a session you'd like to attend the entire day Tuesday, May 31st, 2022.

REGISTRATION

 

When will registration open for NCORE 2022?

What are the registration rates? Check rates and policies here.

What are your refund, cancellation, and substitution policies?

These policies are listed on our Terms and Conditions document and will be shown during online registration. 

What policies will be in place related to Covid-19, such as vaccination, testing, or masking?

NCORE will follow guidance and requirements set forth by local officials and the conference venue. NCORE continues to monitor for changes and will update accordingly. Check Terms and Conditions .

Does NCORE offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs)?

Yes; if you attend a Pre-Conference Institute, you will earn one CEU. There will be a place to indicate you wish to receive a CEU on the registration form.

Will the CEU be accepted by my particular discipline or association (social work, psychology, etc.)?

The CEU will be issued by the University of Oklahoma and is not associated with any particular discipline. We suggest recipients submit their CEU certificate along with a description of the session to the governing body (NASW, etc.) and ask if it meets their requirements.

OTHER QUESTIONS

 

Will NCORE 2022 have a virtual option? 

There will not be a virtual or hybrid option to attend NCORE 2022. However, NCORE is planning a virtual event for Fall 2022. Details to be determined and announced.

What can you tell me about hotels for NCORE 2022? When do blocks open?

Blocks with special NCORE rates have been secured and will open after conference registration opens.
