 Group Registration

Groups of 10 or more faculty, staff or administrators from an institution can earn a 10% discount, which can be applied to registrations with or without a Pre-Conference Institute (discount does not apply to the student registration fee, which is already deeply reduced). Cancellation/Refund/No-Show Policy:

Your registration can be cancelled and a refund will be processed until May 1, 2017. Cancellations must be made in writing to ncore@ou.edu

No Refunds will be made after May 1, 2017.

Those who have pre-registered and find they are unable to attend may send a delegate in their place without penalty. Email ncore@ou.edu with the names of the current and substitute delegates and we will make the adjustment. After May 16, 2017, substitutions must be processed onsite at NCORE Registration.

No-Shows:

If you are pre-registered and do not attend the conference, you will be responsible for the full conference fee for which you have registered. You will receive an invoice payable to The University of Oklahoma after the conclusion of NCORE.

About NCORE

NCORE will begin Tuesday, May 30th, with Pre-Conference Institutes. Each Institute offers eight hours of face time and are our most in-depth type of session. Institutes provide participants formidable takeaways in information and skill development. NCORE begins Wednesday, May 31st with four days of keynotes, breakout sessions, networking, caucus group meetings and exhibits, concluding the afternoon of Saturday, June 3rd.
