NCORE® 2012 On-Site Registration To Be Determined
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Refunds for any registration will be made a less 25% processing charge per each registration for which we receive an advance written cancellation via e-mail by May 6, 2012. No Refunds will be made after May 6, 2012. Prepaid registrants who find they are unable to attend may send a delegate in their place without penalty. Please send e-mail to meganvinson@ou.edu.
No-Shows:
If you are Pre-registered and Do Not attend the conference, you will be assessed the full conference fee for which you have registered.
Group Discount:
Special Large-group discounted rates are available for groups of 15 or more registrants. A discount of 10 percent will be applied to each registration from a single institution that sends 15 or more registrants.
Partial Attendance:
There are No “Partial Attendance” registration fees. Guest tickets for meal functions will be available on-site for purchase.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs):
Continuing Education Units may be earned at the rate of 1 CEU for 10 hours of documented attendance at one institute of your choice. No partial credit.
