Registration Information
  • Fees itemized below. The Registration Fee of $435 includes:
    (1) access to One Institute, all Conference Sessions and Performances over the five-day conference period; (2) a Luncheon on Tuesday, May 27; a Welcoming Reception on Wednesday, May 28; a Continental Breakfast on Thursday, May 29; and a Closing Dinner on Saturdayday, May 31.

    Registration does not include The NCORE 2003 San Francisco Communities Tour.

  • Special large-group discounted rates are available for groups of 30 or more registrants—excluding student registrations—from a single campus. Call (405) 292-4172 for information on large-group discounts.

  • There are no "partial attendance" registration fees. Guest tickets for meal functions will be available on-site for purchase.

  • Registration and on-site check-in services will be available from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 26 (Memorial Day), at The Westin St. Francis Hotel.

  • Cancellation/Refund Policy: Prepaid registrants who find they are unable to attend may send a delegate in their place without penalty. Refunds (less a 15% processing charge per each registration) will be made of any prepaid registration for which we receive an advance written cancellation, including those not in attendance. Absolutely no refunds can be processed after June 20, 2003.

  • Continuing Education Units (CEUs) may be earned at the rate of 1 CEU for each 10 hours of documented attendance at one institute of your choice. Under 10 hours attendance will not be given partial credit. Submission deadline for CEU Certificate is July 30, 2003.

PRE-CONFERENCE INSTITUTE AND CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE
$435 ($415 — Early Bird Registration Fee by March 31, 2003)
(Includes access to One Pre-Conference Institute, all Conference Sessions and Performances over the five-day conference period.)
A series of 20 Institutes is scheduled all day Tuesday, May 27 and the first half of Wednesday, May 28. Participants may register for only ONE Institute of their choice. PRE-ENROLLMENT IS REQUIRED.

REGULAR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE
$395 ($375 - Early Bird Registration Fee by March 31, 2003)
(Attendance from Wednesday, May 28 through Saturday, May 31, 2003.)

SPECIAL REGISTRATION OPTIONS
$375-SPOUSAL REGISTRATION FEE
(To qualify, persons must be accompanied by their spouse who is paying the Full Registration Fee.)

$350-STUDENT MENTEE FEE
(To qualify for the discounted student rate,student registrations must accompany that of at least one fully-paid conference registration by a faculty member, staff member, or administrator at their institution. Registrations at the student rate do not count toward a large-group discount.)

ALL CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS MUST BE PREPAID.
